IEC 62368-1: December 20, 2020 is the official implementation date of the EU

IEC 62368-1 and 60950-1/60065
The European Union will formally introduce the latest product certification at the end of 2020, the new standard for AV, IT technology application: IEC 62368-1 "Hazard-Based Safety Engineering (HBSE)"

In the future, it will gradually switch from 60950-1/60065 (separation of information communication, AV and IT ) to the new IEC 62368-1 product certification specification for information communication , AV, IT  integration.
From now on, the European Union will no longer push (EN 60065 and EN 60950-1), and set a new IEC 62368-1, which will be officially implemented on December 20, 2020.
