Germany's Penalty Regulations: Regarding the European Union Chemicals Management Law (EU-REACH).

The European Chemical Agency proposes substances for the Candidate List of Substances of Concern (SVHC). The comments of ten proposed substances are taken into consideration as a decision on whether to include these proposed substances in the candidate list of substances of high concern.The official German Ministry of Environment (UBA) reminded all parties to violate the relevant penalties of REACH. Maximum fine of 50,000 euros.
